GET CONNECTED
The Saddleback Worship Conference has proven to be one of the leading worship events in the country. In the past seven years, thousands of people have been taught and led by leading thinkers like Rick Warren, Kay Warren, Louis Giglio, Max Lucado, Joseph Garlington, Erwin McManus, John Ortberg, Marcos Witt and Francis Chan, and by a veritable who’s who list of Worship Artists including: Chris Tomlin, Kirk Franklin, Casting Crowns, The Newsboys, Doyle Dykes, Watermark, Jadon Lavik, Salvador, Matt Redman, Israel Houghton, Tim Hughes, Jonathan Butler, Delirious, Leeland, Christy Nockels, Lincoln Brewster, Morris Chapman, Abe Laboriel and Friends, Jars Of Clay, Tommy Walker, Rodrigo Rodriguez, Darlene Zschech, Adam Watts and Paul Baloche
But the “star” power is not the reason to come - you can buy a CD or taped lesson anywhere! Instead, it’s the practical approach to training that has become the benchmark for the success and popularity of this conference.
LEARN, PARTICIPATE, EXPERIENCE
The goal of this conference has always been to offer the attendee more than just a “show”. By focusing on these three areas - Learning, Participating and Experiencing - attendees can expect a well-rounded conference experience and leave feeling more refreshed and prepared for ministry than when they arrived.
LEARN: From the general speakers to the literally hundreds of classes that have been offered and taught by leaders in the fields, there is an abundance of practical, usable information to take home with you.
PARTICIPATE: Attendees can do more than “watch”, from performing at the open-mics, jam-sessions, day stages or conference choir to submitting original music, scripts and videos for distribution to the entire conference. New this year attendees can participate in the Saddleback Weekend Services.
EXPERIENCE: In addition to joining together with your co-laborers from around the world, there is no shortage of things to see and do. Concerts, Day Stages, Devotionals, Late Night Events, General Sessions and Classes, Resource and Exhibit Booths, and much more make up the festival atmosphere this conference is so noted for.
COME FOR THE CONFERENCE, STAY FOR THE WEEKEND
While many artists and speakers can be seen at various other conferences throughout the year, there is one thing you can only get at the Saddleback Worship Conference - experiencing first-hand the ministry that has made Saddleback one of the most dynamic and influential churches in America.
Rick Muchow, Tony Guerrero, Debby Rettino, Tim Davis, Shawn King, Greg Baker, Taffy Tafalla and the rest of the Saddleback Worship Arts staff will be on hand to offer an intimate view of the inner-workings of Saddleback’s worship ministry.
This year, you are encouraged to come not only for the conference but to stay through the weekend to personally observe what goes on every week - from the 20+ venue and regional services to the youth and adult events to the newly built Refinery Community Center. Saddleback’s weekend services have seen more than 2,500 new commitments to Christ and 2,300 Baptisms in just 2008 alone!
