How I'd sing it on a Sunday
Album (from the studio)

Description
From Benjamin William Hastings about his new album, How I'd sing it on a sunday...
"I have a few different musical personalities. Folk, rock, acoustic, classical; even country but when it comes to my ‘Benjamin William Hastings’ music I try my best to morph them all together. The challenge with that is when it comes to worship, some flavors just aren’t that conducive to a modern church service. I used to try to rebel against that… and I think a part of me is still passionate about pushing the genre musically forward (or even fighting against the fact that it should be known as a genre at all) but at the end of the day; as a worship leader I want to arrange in a way that’s helpful for the room and as a songwriter I wanna write songs that are helpful for worship leaders in their churches.
That’s the heart behind this project. To take songs that I think will work in your church and contextualize them so they’re useful in that setting. You can sing them however you want and I’m just humbled you would want to but for what it’s worth, this is ‘how I’d sing it on a Sunday’."
